Statement
My work investigates the paradox of emptiness and fullness, presence and absence, using the motif of the hole as both a material and conceptual element. I see holes as portals—passages between worlds, history, and the unknown. Whether through large-scale installations or jewelry pieces, I engage with the tension between form and formlessness, structure and fluidity. I thrive in the tireless chaos of my thoughts, but when I create, I channel that energy into powerful, focused expression. My jewelry isn’t just adornment—it’s a bridge that connects the wearer to the present moment. Each piece I craft invites a journey of self-discovery, a dance between creator and wearer. I take pride in transforming recycled materials, merging them with precious metals and gemstones, to create art that speaks of sustainability and beauty. In my jewelry discarded fragments, turns into wearable wonders, each with its own story and intention.Other works by Agne Zaltauskaite
