Statement
The themes of injury and healing played an important role in my previous artistic works.The works are mostly based on the representation of the injured skin.
The skin is an organ that envelops the self, protects and at the same time is to be understood as a meeting point with the world.
In addition, the orifices of the body are the passages through which the world enters and leaves.
It goes in and stays there for a while or comes out again.
The skin must be opened and thereby touched in order to let the self meet the world.
