Statement

FINDING - COLLECTING - PRESERVING - APPROACHING - MIXING - CONFREMING - UNIFYING My enthusiasm for the ceramic material, to find out what is feasible and how, to explore boundaries, to try, does not diminish. In the working process, which can also be a playful experiment, a variety of ceramic techniques are used. My work is influenced by impressions, preferences, memories and found objects of various materials, which are reproducible by plaster cast to models and used as an application.These are archived according to place and year of discovery.Consistent in my work is the idea of creating a whole, a new entity from individual parts. There is a fundus, a constantly growing collection of "components", such as certain colors, the meadow, dots, stripes, appliqué, modeled, dented, dented, gold, platinum, slip painting ..., which some are used more often, some less often.I like to use contrasts, austerity - liveliness, nature - artificial / glitter, baroque - simple. Knowledge and experiment - success and failure included - give in the end a ceramic object, a kind of ceramic collage.
