My new works still make use of the material plastic, but also the material silver with its possibilities of deformation by drawing on.
I often think in the material and it always fascinates me what difference it makes whether a line is drawn, embroidered, printed or chased.
A particular fondness for a particular material also always means a departure - at some point - and then I like to turn to new techniques and materials to arrive at new solutions that surprise me.
All these described processes run parallel, quietly and intensively at the same time.
In the end, I feel particularly connected to the material, the texture, which at the time offers me the best opportunity to meet my concern, my intention, my idea.
